If your item qualifies for this program and you wish to return it, please email sales@kayakandsup.com.au within 90 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number so our team can guide you through the return process smoothly.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international returns.

• Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging, ready for resale.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your kayak or accessory arrives damaged, please:

2️⃣ Notify us on the same day at sales@kayakandsup.com.au and attach clear photos of the damage.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Kayak and SUP will cover return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement promptly, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Important:

• Please retain all original packaging until the case is resolved.

• Returns must be authorised by our customer service team prior to shipment.

• Items damaged after use are not refundable unless covered by an applicable manufacturer warranty.
