There has been some confusion regarding the number of holes in the Viking kayak handles. To clarify:
- ✅ All genuine Viking handles have two mounting holes in the tab.
- ⚠️ Viking has never produced handles with four holes. If you see four screws on your kayak, these are additional screws placed by Viking on larger and heavier models for extra reinforcement.
- 🔩 The handle itself remains the same two-hole design across all models. Extra side screws secure the handle to the hull, but the tab is always two-hole.
